Claims Service

At H.W. Wood Australia Pty Ltd we are committed to providing the claims backup that we feel our clients deserve.

No two clients are the same, therefore we aim to tailor the claims services to each client's individual needs.  We can provide advice on how to present a claim, and can also assist in pursuing uninsured losses where a loss has been caused due to the negligence of another party.

If you are a client of H.W. Wood Limited you can notify a claim by any of the following methods.

Phone:
Simply telephone us on +61 (3) 9819 8122 and one of our experienced claims handlers will guide you through the claims reporting process.

Fax:
Send a fax to +61 (3) 9819 9430 giving brief details of the nature of the claim and advising how we may contact you.  One of our handlers will respond to you by your preferred method of correspondence.

Email:
Send an email to claims@hwint.com.au  with details of your loss.  Your message will be passed to the appropriate claims handler who will contact you as soon as possible in order to progress your claim.

Online:
Please click the button below and complete the secure online questionnaire. Once we have received details of your claim, one of our claims handlers will contact you.  We will need to obtain further information from you, and may need to ask you to complete a written claim form.  However these details will enable us to log your claim with your insurer and will help to preserve your rights under your policy.  Most insurance policies require that full supporting documentation is provided in a timely manner and some carry specific deadlines that must be adhered to.  Therefore it is essential that any further information and documentation you are requested to provide is furnished as soon as possible.
